PAPEMP, full name is polyamino polyether methylene phosphonic acid. It has the following characteristics:
High chelating and dispersing effect: PAPEMP has high chelating and dispersing performance
High calcium tolerance: it can be used in high hardness, high alkalinity, high pH environment with high calcium tolerance
Excellent scale inhibition: PAPEMP has excellent scale inhibition for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate, and can effectively inhibit the formation of silica scale.
Stabilizes metal ions: It also stabilizes metal ions such as zinc, manganese and iron.
Wide range of applications: PAPEMP can be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water systa, especially for oil field water treatment. It is also suitable for scale and corrosion inhibition in reverse osmosis systa, multi-stage flash systa and other systas with high salt content, high turbidity and high taperature.
Replacaent of traditional chelating agents: PAPEMP can replace traditional chelating agents such as EDTA, DTPA and NTA.
Usage: The normal dosage of PAPEMP is 5-100mg/L, and unlike other agents, the more dosage is added, the better the effect is, and it can be used in combination with polycarboxylic acid.
Physical properties: PAPEMP is usually presented as light yellow or yellow transparent liquid, solid content of not less than 45%, the active component (in terms of PAPEMP) is not less than 40%, the content of phosphoric acid (in terms of PO4) is not more than 1%, the density (20 ℃) is not less than 1.20g/cm³, the pH value (1% aqueous solution) is between 2.0 ± 0.5.
